Nerja is wonderfully located, blessed with a subtropical microclimate which offers many hours of sunshine and pleasant temperatures all year round. This seaside townlet is surrounded by beaches and framed by a backdrop of the Sierra Almijara mountains. One of the many beaches we can recommend, for example, is the Burriana Beach, which year after year is awarded the EC blue flag for excellence. Also worth a mention are the Nerja Caves, one of the most visited sites of its kind in Europe. And don't forget the Balcón de Europa, the must-see attraction when you come to visit this marvellous village.
